June 2, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #35 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #15-0145 FOR AIR CONVEYANCE SYSTEM CLEANING Description Bids to provide 'Air Conveyance System Cleaning' were received from four vendors on May 7, 2015.  The bid of Simpson Environmental Services, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Simpson Environmental Services, Inc., to provide 'Air Conveyance System Cleaning' in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00, be approved as presented.
